💡 Refunds

Due to the nature of our coaching programs and digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase or delivery of services, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to find a solution.

💡 Cancellations (for Monthly Coaching Subscriptions Only)

You may cancel your month-to-month coaching subscription at any time. Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid charges for the following month. Once a new billing cycle begins, no refunds will be issued for that month.

💡 Delivery

All digital products, coaching materials, and session access links are delivered via email or through our coaching platform. Live sessions are scheduled directly with your coach or via an online booking system. If you do not receive your materials or have trouble accessing sessions, please contact us promptly.
